Methodology

How we work

Ten phases on every engagement — grouped here into five visible beats. Deliverables and acceptance criteria are fixed in writing before reconstruction starts.

  1. Phase 01

    Discovery & TA

    Confidential discovery meeting, fixed-cost quote for a proper Technical Assignment, engineering analysis, and TA drafting — including acceptance criteria and stage cost estimates.

    TA Approval & Legal

    You evaluate and approve the TA (or take it elsewhere). On approval, mutual NDA, engagement letter, and the written legal basis are executed before any reconstruction begins.

    Reconstruction

    The engineering itself — built to the TA's stage plan and acceptance criteria. Weekly progress reviews, daily lab notes, and photo-logged steps throughout.

    Verification

    The deliverable is tested against the TA's acceptance criteria and against the reference artifact. Signed attestation issued for regulatory or audit use.
