These terms govern access to and use of this website. They are separate from any terms in an executed engagement letter, which controls in case of conflict.

Scope

By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use this website. We may update these terms with reasonable notice; continued use constitutes acceptance.

You may not:

  • Attempt to access non-public areas of this site.

Disclaimers

No engagement formed by site usage

Use of this website does not create an engagement, retainer, NDA, advisor relationship, or any duty of care. An engagement is formed only by an executed engagement letter and a mutual NDA.

Site content is provided for informational purposes. Insights and methodology guides describe general approaches and should not be relied upon as advice for any specific situation without engaging the practice formally.

Engagements

Any engagement formed between you and Reverse Lab is governed by:

  1. The mutual non-disclosure agreement,
  2. The engagement letter (scope, deliverables, fees, timeline),
  3. Any statement of work appended to the engagement letter.

These three documents together control the engagement. If anything in this Terms of Use document conflicts with them, those documents control.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes arising from website use are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Suffolk County, Massachusetts.
