Independent engineering and technology practice

About Reverse Lab

We are an independent engineering and technology practice specializing in reverse engineering, industrial systems development, and full-cycle custom engineering solutions. Our expertise covers instrumentation, mechanical engineering, industrial equipment, embedded systems, electronics, control systems, and specialized technological solutions for industrial and technical applications.

In addition to reverse engineering and technical analysis, we design and develop custom devices, machinery, and engineering systems from the ground up — from concept and system architecture through prototyping, engineering validation, and production preparation. We also perform deep engineering analysis and technology assessment, including structural calculations, thermodynamics, fluid and gas dynamics, process modeling, and validation of technical assumptions used in industrial and investment projects.

Operating Principles

Four principles. No exceptions.

Principles aren't a wall poster. They show up in how we run a kickoff, how we respond when scope shifts, and how we close out a project.

Principles in practice
Every kickoff opens with the same four principles, written on the wall.
  • Confidentiality-first

Mutual NDA before any technical conversation. PGP-encrypted intake, tamper-evident sample handling, and clean-room separation when interoperability matters.

  • Technical depth

Senior engineers across software, hardware, firmware, mechanical, and protocol disciplines. No subcontractors handling client artifacts.

  • Ethical practice

Clear legal basis for every engagement — DMCA §1201(f), EU Software Directive Art. 6, or licensed access. Coordinated disclosure for all security findings.

  • Evidence-based

Every finding traceable to the source artifact. Test plans authored before reconstruction. Methodology appendix shipped with every deliverable.

The Team

Senior engineers. No subcontractors.

Names withheld pre-engagement. Aliases reflect each member's practice area. Real bios shared after NDA signature.
